The database is available in two different formats. The "full text version" (in MS Access), designed for qualitative analysis, includes short answers for a smaller number of questions, sections of text from the regulations and additional notes. The "data table version" (in Excel and Stata) is designed for quantitative analysis, and includes a longer list of variables (questions posed and answered) than are in the full text version.
